1. ABOUT US
This online store is operated by Christian Prats Tena, trading as Vanta Birds Club ("we", "us"), NIF 20923061F, Calle Arzobispo Gasch 1, 12110 Alcora, Castellón, Spain. Email: vantabirdsbrand@gmail.com.
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

2. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and because each piece is made to order, small variations in print or embroidery placement may occur.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods offered at checkout.

4. ORDERS
After placing an order you will receive an email confirming it. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases (for example, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud); if we do, we will refund any amount paid in full.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you designate.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. The process is explained in our Returns policy.

7. GUARANTEE
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law. If an item is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, illustrations, photographs, texts and the Vanta Birds Club name and logo are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection given by the mandatory laws of your country.
