Shipping policy

Every Vanta Birds Club piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse: once you place your order, your garment is printed or embroidered for you by our production partner and then shipped directly to your door.

PROCESSING TIME
Production usually takes 2–5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. During launches and busy periods it can take a little longer.

DELIVERY TIMES (estimated, after dispatch)
- Spain: 3–6 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 4–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control may occur.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on your destination and the number of items, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number.

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at vantabirdsbrand@gmail.com; once production has started we may not be able to change it.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at vantabirdsbrand@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
